History (Recap):

12/06/2006 - Third re-upload of SPR entry page, "SPR Portal Gate" (Gate), due to hacking.

Gate re-uploaded after accidentally discovered Gate had ~since last upload session two days before (4th)~ been replaced with identical-looking page linking to [faux?]* commercial site. *(Commercial site would not load nor generate "error" message.) Gate last previously checked for correct link IMMEDIATELY at end of 12/04/2006 uploads (below).

Network administrator notified.

12/04/2006 - Second re-upload of Gate due to hacking.

About three hours after large upload (at the end of which Gate page had been functioning correctly), bogus page linking to wrong SPR inner page was discovered in place of Gate. (That incorrect inner link HAD BEEN the actual link used inside Gate prior to its last VERIFIED revision: No copies of that outdated version of Gate source code had been retained on my computer, or on server, after revised link inserted back in October.) Gate re-uploaded with correct SPR link, "last uploaded".

Network administrator NOT notified.

11/20/2006 - First re-upload of Gate due to hacking.

Upload session did NOT include any routine check of Gate for possible hacking.

Before going offline after this upload session, accidentally discovered Gate had been hacked to send visitors to eBay instead of the SPR page "last uploaded". (Gate's inner coding completely unfamiliar-looking. Last check had occurred in late October, at the time of last bonafide revision to Gate, re Gate's link as described above, NOT at last-previous upload session on 11/05/2006.) Re-uploaded correct page and described in TCB entry "Maliciousness".
