i do not understand how
The Enlightened One
can prefer fear and a more lingering pain
to the massive agony of lost dreams,
spent
and supplanted
when the dream lost awakens the dreamer
and there is nothing to forgive
and everything to celebrate.


i do not understand such Loneliness.
