elusive lover, wander far
remain no more betwixt the land and sea,
take flight at noon
and leave this place of sturdy apathy
behind your noble efforts' wretched doom.



elusive lover, mark your way
with etchings of an ancient deity,
maintain rapport
and, passing, grant eternity
to every thief who claims your sterling valor.
