September Days

Almost before we realize it the Summer begins to draw to its conclusion. Schools re-open for another year, we find ourselves wondering where the summer went and we begin to see the first, subtle signs in low-land leaf and colors. Something in the air is different and invigorating. Welcome September!

It is a time when we all can take a deep breath and reflect on what the summer has been and what the fall may bring. We are poised in the years balance and witness the changing of seasons just barely beginning.

There is a change in the light.....days begin to shorten and skies take on a color and luminescence that is different from the humidity-shrouded air of deep summer.

Summer is not over, there is still much left to enjoy before fall really begins. But we are feeling the change coming and begin to think of what must be done before it does.

Enjoy September in Wisconsin!
