The Storm of 2000
On June 1st, 2000 a tremendous storm swept through the West Central Wisconsin Area causing extensive damage to buildings, autos and power lines.
One of my neighbors told me it was the first time in 70 years he'd ever been in his basement for a storm. Here are a few of the photos we have recieved.
Property damage was extensive, some much worse than this! Some barns and buildings were flattened!
Rain soaked ground and high winds made the sight of uprooted trees a familiar scene across the area.
