Christmas is

a wonder

wrapped in snowy fields

and tied with ribbons

of long roads

that lead home

As one ponders this poem the long roads to home become fraught with meaning. Can they mean only the acknowledged home of the family that changes throughout a lifetime bringing memories at each stage or can they also apply to our eternal home with God? In any case our fondest wish for all of you is that you find happiness in all meanings of the words and in the God who promised He would never leave us or forsake us and who came that we might have life and have it more abundantly.
