When we speak about "Going Global," remember we are part of the global where we are going. Thus the words do not simply mean "elsewhere" or "over there" but mean "here to everywhere." It’s just another way of saying what we read in Matthew 28:19a "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations" and more specifically in Acts 1:8, "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." Do we at First Baptist have this kind of vision? Do we accept this honor and responsibility?
