A Word from Lebanon
I recently attended the ABC-International Ministries, World Mission Conference at Green Lake, WI. A last minute addition to the conference workshop schedule was an appearance by Martin Accad, academic dean of the Arab Baptist Theological Seminary in Beirut. In the United States when the war broke out he was unable to return and so was available for a hurried trip to the conference. I heard him speak at the workshop and answer many additional questions.
The American Baptist News Service also interviewed him and sent out a report on August 4. This report has been attached to the First Baptist Mauston web site as a featured link and if you want an Arab Lebanese conservative Evangelical Christian perspective on the whole middle East situation I commend this report to you.
